Version 0.2.3.1 - Progress on settling thus far.

Okey dokey I have finished with the main part, just adding some extra parts more event etc. So I should be done with settling by friday and we can go into beta! (Hooray!) I still need to finish writing the different goverments you can get depending on the culture that survives aswell as science in relation to your tech im halfway done with that, so be ready on friday folks!
