Version 0.2.3.1 - Beta/Settling

Alright folks! Here it is, beta! You now can settle on a planet! This took quite a few hours for just a small portion but hooray for it is finally here! I have also added 5 new random events, more to com so fear not, and well.. Please report any bugs you find in the bug report thing in the comment area, I cannot play test trying to get exact variable because that would take hours... Anyway go enjoy!
